Ethiopian Airlines B787-900 aircraft with registration ET-AUP had a minor ramp incident at Oslo airport in the evening of Tuesday, the airlines said.
While taxing for de-icing, the tip of the right wing of the aircraft touched a pole and sustained minor damage, the statement issued by the airlines on Wednesday reads.
“All passages were taken to hotel for rest while the tip of the wind of the aircraft is being repaired,”Ethiopian said.
All passengers are rebooked to restore their travel plans.
“Ethiopian Airlines wishes to apologize to its esteemed customers for the inconvenience,” the statement concludes. (Daily monitor)
